Candice Michelle just cant seem to catch a break- She has suffered yet another injury that has kept her on the sidelines and apparently the WWE was not happy. The Diva was RELEASED FROM HER CONTRACT! Unfortunately this comes after a long string of bad luck for Candice. In 2007, Candice suffered injuries after falling face first in the ring during a match. In 2008 she shattered her clavicle in 4 places. Right now she is dealing with an ankle injury and it looks like she’ll be limping away from the WWE. Guess every good Diva needs to learn how to fall both in the ring and out.
The buzz is that some of our very own Divas are going to be filming an episode of “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader” in the near future. Is that show even still on the air? I just googled it to find out that it is no longer on Fox and moving to My TV Network this fall….When will the Divas just have their own Real World style reailty show? Anyway our money would have been on Eve Torres. She wrote this on her Twitter page about being axed from the show….
“I just found out I can’t do the Superstars’ “R U Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” because my brother was on it ;-( I already started studying!”
“I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here” is an insanse social experiment. Throw in a couple of fame hungry celebrities and then the ultimate rat king Spencer Pratt with his lemming Heidi and you have some great TV mixed with ultimate torture. Last week Spencer told Torrie he had to google her to find out who she was. Not only that but he accused all the WWE Divas of being on Steroids. I say we throw Spencer in the ring during Raw and see what happens- that will be a true test of survival don’t you think?

We’ve all heard about Victoria choosing to go to over to TNA but the former Diva has taken to her blog to explain the reasoning behind her decision….and she isn’t holding back. Apparently you can’t leave the WWE with grace - the only way out is to slam the people that made you noteworthy in the first place. Good riddance Victoria!!!
“A few people have asked me why I chose to go to TNA. Not nearly as many as have suggested that I go to TNA over the past couple years, but it has been been asked. Before I can answer that, I have to address why I left WWE. I left because I didn’t enjoy my role, and I didn’t see it changing. That, in addition to the brutal travel schedule, made it an easy choice for me to walk away and leave the opportunity available to one of the scores of female wrestlers who were anxiously awaiting their chance.”

Developmental Diva Jenny Quinn recently tore her anterior cruciate ligament leaving her out of the ring for the next 9 months as it heals. The emerging Diva took to her MySpace to say she is bummed. Looks like Jenny Cash will be out of commission longer than she would like.

When I heard that Torrie Wilson was going to be returning to TV on the show, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, I knew I had to tune in. The show begins filming on June 1st and includes people like Stephen Baldwin and The Heidi Montag/Spencer Pratt fame whore machine. Torrie was interviewed recently about anticipating filming. When asked if the show is like Survivor Torrie had this to say,
“Yeah, definitely. I have had a lot of people ask me, ‘Well, if there’s supposed to be ten celebrities (on the show), are you guys really going to be staying in a hotel?’ The answer is no. We really are roughing it. We’re going to be doing challenges for extra food, and the viewers are the ones that are going to be voting us off or keeping us on and actually will be voting for us to do certain challenges, as well.”
When asked about making out with former boss Vince McMahon…
“(Laughs) To say the least. It was crazy, crazy awkward. I was so intimidated by Vince. Having that being my first experience really around him, it was just really, really nerve-wracking. But after that, everything kind of went downhill, so it felt easy. “

Debra Marshall really opened up to the Tuscaloosa News recently revealing a lot about her marriage to Stone Cold Steve Austin and it looks like his name really suits him. The former Diva talked candidly about her relationship with the wrestler in a recent interview saying, “I had this dream life where I was married to ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, I’m the top girl in wrestling, I live in this big old, $1.5 million home and it’s happening to me,” she said. “It was like the third time he hit me and I got really tired of trying to cover up my face on TV and just said, ‘You do it one more time, that’s it.’”

Trish Stratus just recently was caught bashing the WWE in interviews but lately she’s been doing some backpeddling. Apparently all she could do was sing the praises of wrestling just days ago saying, “It seems that now-a-days, this is an option for kids, and you hear little girls saying they want to be a diva when they grow up,” Stratus said. “We created this amazing thing with the women’s division.”
Guess Trish has a change of heart more often than a change in hair color. But the Diva also got candid about her feelings after the death of Test. “Test obviously hit closer to home. We worked together and we were the same age,” she said. “Apparently, it’s the reality of the business and I don’t know what the answer is.

Candice Michelle took to her blog on WWE Universe to speak about her upcoming move to Smackdown. “I am sooo excited!” Michelle wrote. “I was secretly wishing that I would be drafted this year to Smackdown. It has been a bumpy and unfortunate year for me with my injuries so I think Smackdown is the fresh start that I need to rev my engines. To top things off how exciting that the Woman’s Championship also went to Smackdown. I’ll be back soon and my eyes are back on the prize!”

The WWE’s very own Diva Stacey Keibler will be hosting the Preakness horse race in Baltimore happening on Saturday, May 16. The Preakness, is all set to air on NBC, is an important part of the Triple Crown horse races and always follows the Kentucky Derby.
